Tashfiyatuna: Jurnal Pendidikan Keislaman accepts original research articles related to Islamic education and other relevant topics within the journal's Focus and Scope.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their relevance, originality, completeness, and compliance with journal requirements.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to qualified reviewers through a peer-review process. Reviewer comments and recommendations are used by editors as consideration for editorial decisions.
The possible editorial decisions include:
- Accepted;
- Accepted with minor revisions;
- Revisions required;
- Resubmission for further review;
- Rejected.
Authors are required to revise manuscripts according to reviewer and editor comments where applicable.
Peer Review Policy
Tashfiyatuna applies a peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic contribution of published articles.
The review process consists of:
- Manuscript submission by authors;
- Editorial screening;
- Reviewer assignment;
- Review process by qualified reviewers;
- Author revision;
- Final editorial decision;
- Copyediting, layout, DOI assignment, and publication.
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:
- relevance to the journal scope;
- originality;
- theoretical contribution;
- research methodology;
- quality of analysis;
- clarity of presentation;
- ethical compliance.
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and disclose any conflicts of interest.
